Cancellation & Refund Policy

Joy will adhere to the cancellation and refund policies set forth by suppliers (Airlines/ Properties/ Bus/ Tour operator, etc.).

For flight/hotel/tour bookings, Joy will not impose any additional service fees.

To initiate a refund or re-issue, customers are required to confirm with Joy at least 48 hours prior to the travel date.

For hotel/flight/tour bookings, the refunded amount may reflect in your account within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your chosen payment method.

Please note that for any type of refund, the convenience charge is non-refundable.

If you opt for the EMI payment method, the EMI charge will be deducted, calculated based on the payable amount.

For Pay in Cash transactions, the refund amount will be sent to your preferred channel.

*Please be aware that in the event of a national emergency, lockdown, political unrest, natural disaster, etc., the standard refund policy may not be applicable.
