Refund/Re-issue Policy: Flight

  • At Joy, we align with the cancellation and reissue policy set by the airlines.
  • To request a cancellation or reissue, we advise travelers to notify Joy at least 48 hours before their scheduled travel date. Failing to do so may result in a no-show charge, subject to the airline's regulations.
  • To proceed with a cancellation or reissue, travelers can reach us by calling +61451039371 or messaging us on Messenger at ahmed@appcurate.com. Our dedicated team will promptly initiate an email and address the issue once the customer's request is confirmed.
  • Please note that fees for cancellation, reissue, and a standard service charge may be applicable, following the airline's policies. These fees are determined by the airlines and are subject to change.
  • Joy does not impose any additional service charges beyond what the airline specifies. For those opting for the EMI payment method, the relevant EMI charge will be deducted from the total amount payable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated after a successful cancellation. The refund will be processed through the same payment channel used by the traveler. Depending on the payment channel, it may take one to five working days for the refunded amount to reflect in the traveler's account.
  • Please be aware that convenience charges are non-refundable. Your satisfaction and convenience are our top priorities.
